Docdata has announced that its German subsidiary, Berlin Optical Disc (BOD) GmbH, has been sold to Deutsche Unternehmensbeteiligungen GmbH (DUBAG) in Munich, Germany. Docdata and DUBAG have closed a binding agreement in that respect, encompassing the acquisition of all shares in Berlin Optical Disc (BOD) GmbH per a transaction date of 21 July 2010. Details of the financial conditions of the agreement will not be disclosed at the specific request of DUBAG.
