摘要

Any discussion of energy-related issues, such as air pollution, global climate change and energy supply security, raises the issue of future use of alternative fuels. Hydrogen offers large potential benefits in term of reduced emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases. There is a set of factors that may ultimately encourage the use of nuclear energy for hydrogen production: Nuclear is the most likely candidate to produce the energy currency of the XXI°.
