In the LP problem for the own-period distance function T_c~t(x~t ,y~t) the output constraint ∑_(j=1)λ_jy_m~(j,t)≤ y_m~(j,t) should be read as ∑λ_jy_m~(j,t)≤ y_m~(j,t)(page 521) Similarly, in the LP problem for the mixed-period distance function D_c~t(x~(t+1) ,y(t+1)), the output constraint ∑_(j=1)λ_jy_m~(t+1)≤ y_m~(j;t+1) should be read ∑_(j=1)λ_jy_m~(t+1)≤ y_m~(j;t+1) (page 522).
