摘要

In a design of optical multilayer films at oblique incidence, reflectance and transmittance curves for two planes of polarizations (S and P polarizations) are different, so a large number of layers are required more than at normal one. Therefore the design process will be more complex. We have already developed the optimum design system of optical multilayer films using a genetic algorithm. In this paper, the design of oblique incident coatings is considered. The mathematical optimization method is applied to find the local optimum solution.
