Passengers on Singapore's Circle Line will have the choice of 12 additional stations with the opening of a 17km extension to the existing 16.3km line on October 8. The newly-completed section runs from Marymount to Blanagh, providing access to Holland Village, the Botanic Gardens and Labrador Park. Journey times from Bishan to Buona Vista will be cut to 26 minutes from the current 40 minutes on the North-South and East-West lines.
