Recently, the market for weaving machines has diminished considerably. There have never been fewer sales than during the past two years. This can only partially be explained by the fact that modern weaving machines have much higher performances than the machines they substitute. Another reason is the cyclical nature of the economy, on which basis a stimulation of the market for weaving machines can quite reasonably be expected in the future.
