Annette Jordan, managing director of SBB Cargo Germany, will join the executive board of Switzerland's state-owned railfreight operator Schweizerische Bundesbahnen Cargo on 1 April, and assume responsibility for the international business unit there. Her brief will be to develop SBB Cargo's activities on the north-south axis. Matthias Birnbaum will succeed her at SBB Cargo Germany on the same date.rnEdmund Prokschi, the transitional director of SBB Cargo's international business unit, will take charge of the division's marketing and sales activities, with effect from 1 April this year. He will simultaneously retain his post as sales director Germany and managing director of the sales agency in Germany.
