Having K12Planet.com as part of a school's student management information system is definitely a win-win situation for everybody. It allows school districts to build a powerful online learning community without any additional cost. It allows teachers to have the ability to immediately send messages and homework notification to students and parents. It allows parents to become an integral part of their child's progress. Parents like the idea that they have the proper tools and the information that they need to make a positive difference with their children's education, to spot potential problems, to take action, and to plan for their children's success. Finally, it allows students to take control of their academic progress.
