This study summarizes the creation and format of a PDF-based online library newsletter for University of Mississippi faculty designed to function as both a Web- and print-based document. It presents data from a newsletter survey distributed to the target audience about said resource, and concludes that PDF-based newsletters are effective in some areas but are overwhelmingly viewed via the Web rather than downloaded or printed for use.
