In today's global economy, many companies face challenges in dealing with multiple currencies. That was the case with AXA Corporate Solutions, a 2,700-employee financial services company based in Paris, France. It needed to improve the flow of financial information between its international business divisions, with major operations in Western Europe, North America, and the Asia/Pacific region. It also needed to better support the complex insurance requirements of its customers, which reside in numerous countries. AXA turned to an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to streamline the workflow across its global divisions.
