On May 11, 2011, events around the world brought attention to the need for policies and resources to address the need to improve road safety. These events involved many stakeholders, from policymakers to vehicle manufacturers, engineers to law enforcement, and advocates to users, joining together to show our progress and critical need to continue to reduce road fatalities.
