On 21 February Ukraine's state-run defence-indus-trial monopoly,UkrObo-ronProm (UOP), announced that the organisation's new director would be Pavel Bukin: the current director of the organisation's foreign sales arm, UkrSpetsExport (USE). Bukin has served in various positions in both entities since 2003, including being named to the general directorship of USE in 2015.
