Deloitte buys Day1 Solutions Deloitte has bought cloud services provider Day1 Solutions, the company announced on 27 March. Deloitte did not disclose terms of the acquisition, although it was part of a series of moves including an announcement that Deloitte would be adding3,000engineeringjobsas part of a cloud computing push. Day1 does not disclose its clients, but a spokesperson said that the company has performed contracts for the US intelligence community and that with its increased workforce is intending to expand this work.
