The Alliance Ground Surveillance (AGS) system will be delivered to NATO at the end of 2017 or early 2018, according to the company producing the Global Hawk unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) used by the system. Northrop Grumman Chief Executive for Europe Andrew Tyler said on 5 September that the intervals between the deliveries of each of the five UAVs forming the system would be reduced to make up for delays in the programme.
