The Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) continue to lose territory to insurgents, according to a 30 October report issued by the US Special Inspector General for Afghan Reconstruction (SIGAR). As of 24 August, 54 of the 407 districts of Afghanistan's 34 provinces were under insurgent control (13) or influence (41), which is an increase of 9 districts over the past six months, SIGAR John Sopko quoted US Forces Afghanistan (USFOR-A) as saying. China's AT200 UAV to supply South China Sea military bases Richard D Fisher Jr China is planning to use its new AT200 cargo unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to carry out deliveries to the country's military bases in the South China Sea, according to the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
