The Joint Program Office (JPO) for the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning Ⅱ Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) is ramping up weapon tests ahead of the release of the Block 3F (full combat capability) software package. In a series of tests announced on 22 August the F-35 Integrated Test Force at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) in California undertook 25 test sorties that involved 12 weapon delivery accuracy and 13 weapon separation tests.
