Cubic Corporation has announced the acquisition of Vocality International: a UK-based developer of embedded technologies for communications applications. The purchase was announced on 30 November. US-based Cubic will pay GBP8 million (USD10 million) for the company. Cubic said in a statement that Vocality will "expand Cubic Mission Systems' portfolio in C4ISR for secure and expeditionary communications and ISR processing, exploitation and dissemination". Vocality is an existing supplier to Cubic subsidiary Dtech: a modular networking venture acquired in 2014.
