Ukraine and Turkey have signed an agreement to begin comprehensive defence industrial co-operation, the Ukrainian state-owned defence company Ukroboronprom has announced. According to Ukroboronprom, a memorandum of understanding was signed during a visit by a Ukrainian delegation to Turkey in early April and covers potential collaboration in the fields of aviation, armoured vehicle production, and space systems.
