State-owned Malaysian finance company Aroma Teraju Sdn Bhd has acquired a major stake in locally based defence company Destini Ber-had, Bursa Malaysia stock exchange statements show. According to a 2 September filing, Aroma Teraju has taken a 24.75% stake in the firm, which earlier this year teamed with Boeing to offer the Malaysian Army the US corporation's AH-6i Little Bird light attack/reconnaissance helicopter.
