US company Kaman has agreed to buy miniature ball bearing maker GRW Bearing of Germany. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. GRW Bearing has two facilities including one in the Czech Republic. The company is expected to have 2015 sales of EUR48 million (USD52 million), according to Kaman. Kaman specialises in aircraft parts and maintenance and the bearings GRW produces have application in the aerospace sector. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.
