Under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) agreement, Boeing-subsidiary Insitu is set to deliver a range of equipment to support the Lithuanian Armed Forces' ScanEagle unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Once confirmed, the deal is expected to be valued at USD600,000 and will include the supply of launch and recovery equipment and technical support. The Lithuanian Ministry of National Defence acquired its ScanEagle UAVs through an FMS administered by US Navy Air Systems Command (NAV-AIR) and in February 2013 contracted Insitu to undertake a range of repairs to aircraft and subsystems, as well as supply spare parts and training for operators and maintainers.
