The US Department of State has announced four amendments to the US Munitions List (USML) as it continues to reform the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) procedures under the ongoing Export Control Reform (ECR) effort. In a statement issued on 8 July the Department of State announced it had made final amendments to the definition of items to be included in the categories Surface Vessels of War and Special Naval Equipment, Ground Vehicles, Materials and Miscellaneous Articles, and Submersible Vessels and Related Articles.
