摘要

One area of defence and security that has grown enormously in recent years is cyber security. BAE Systems is at the forefront of developing and supplying solutions that detect, monitor, analyse and ultimately mitigate the cyber threat. In an an increasingly interconnected world, cyberspace is likely to be a common battleground for future conflict and, therefore, cyber attacks pose one of the biggest threats not only to government and defence agencies, but also to commercial organisations. Whether launched by individual hackers, terrorist groups, organised criminals or nation states, such attacks can have untold effects, posing real threats to systems and also to the Intellectual Property and highly valued information that is shared using those systems.
