The Iranian dissidents of Iraq's Camp Ashraf should accept an international deal in the offing for leaving their 25-year-old site while they can, said a senior US government official, who warned that "there's no deal made in heaven" and their safety could be at risk if they insist on "perfect" security guarantees. Evacuation of the camp's 3,000 residents - who represent the core of the Mujahadin-e Khalq (MEK) resistance movement against Tehran - is the focus of new talks between the UN and Iraq to move the dissidents to another camp near Baghdad's international airport for eventual expatriation as political refugees.
