Chengdu's J-20 stealth fighter aircraft is still undergoing flight tests 16 months after it first flew in January 2011, sources in Beijing have told IHS Jane's. Progress has been made in several critical areas, they said, but "a lot of money is being wasted" in some areas of the testing programme.
