UK electronics and power supply company Ultra Electronics has continued its cyber acquisition spree with the purchase of Barron McCann Technology and Barron McCann Payments.The two companies were acquired for GBP12 million (USD 18.7 million) and follow Ultra's purchases of US cyber businesses Special Operations Technology (Sotech) and Zu Industries for USD 115 million in December 2011.
