Raytheon has conducted the first end-to-end test drop of a live Small Tactical Munition (STM) - now known as Pyros - the company announced at AUVSI 2012. The freefall bomb, which uses both GPS and semi-active laser guidance and weighs only 6.12 kg, was dropped from Raytheon's Cobra unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) testbed on 18 July.
