Raytheon announced on 10 September that it has successfully tracked a swarming boat scenario using the radar and fire-control system mounted on a Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS). The demonstration, held in June on Utah's Great Salt Lake, followed small boats that were similar to those found in the inventories of navies in high-threat regions, the company said in a statement.
