Taiwan's Ministry of National Defence (MND) has said no classified information was passed to China regarding the island's naval security despite the arrest in September of three retired military officers on charges of spying for Beijing. There had been concern the officers had access to classified information regarding the island's submarine fleet and had passed Beijing data related to oceano-graphic battle environments.
