The Indian Air Force (IAF) has concluded its first maintainer course in preparation for the introduction of the Boeing C-17 Globemaster III into service, the US Air Force announced on 11 November. The first of 8 of 100 IAF ground crew have already graduated from the instruction course, which is run by the 373rd Training Squadron Detachment 5 at Joint Base Charleston in South Carolina.
