Christopher E Kubaslk, Lockheed Martin's vice chairman, president, chief operating officer, and incoming chief executive officer (CEO), has been dismissed from his post following an ethics committee Investigation into a "close personal relationship" he had with a subordinate employee. Kubasik, who was to become the company's CEO on 1 January, was asked for his resignation by the company's board after it was confirmed he had violated the company's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
