Elbit buys outstanding Azimuth stakernIsrael-based Elbit Systems wilt purchase the remaining 81 per cent stake In Azimuth Technologies for ILS173 million (USD46.5 million). It first bought a 19 per cent stake in the developer of target acquisition, navigation and orientation systems in October 2008. Azimuth reported net earnings of ILS20 million for the first three months of 2009.
