VT Group has rejected a revised takeover bid from defence and engineering firm Babcock International, arguing that the offer continues to "significantly undervalue" the company.rnThe UK support services specialist said on 18 February that Babcock's improved proposal - which was between 680 and 715 pence per share: around GBP 1.25 billion (USD1.95 billion) to GBP 1.31 billion - "was only a small improvement" on its earlier offer.
