Lockheed Martin delivered the first two operational Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs) on 15 April to kick-start testing under the programme's technology development phase.rnUltimately each of the three competing contractor teams will deliver seven platforms - as well as companion trailers - for evaluation by the US Army and Marine Corps (USMC), which jointly oversee the project.rnAshley John, an army spokesperson, told Jane's that all contractor teams are on target to deliver test vehicles by the deadlines set.
