The US Army is preparing to revisit the type of camouflage used on its uniforms following the standard-issue universal camouflage pattern (UCP) being replaced in Afghanistan with MultiCam, which is considered more effective for that theatre.rnLieutenant Colonel Michael Sloane, the army's product manager for soldier clothing and individual equipment, said officials will now look beyond Afghanistan and ask: "Are we wearing the right uniform for the entire globe?"
