UK-based Land Rover and France's Renault Trucks Defense have signed an agreement to co-operate on future tactical wheeled programmes based on the 4x4 Sherpa 2 and 3 crosscountry truck chassis, the companies announced at IDEX on 25 February.rnWhile the agreement is initially aimed at current and emerging UK programmes, in the future it is expected to address other international requirements. It also keeps Land Rover in the military market, which has contributed a significant amount to its turnover for many years.
