The new interim government of the Czech Republic is considering slashing the Ministry of Defence (MoD) budget by CZK50 billion (USD2.S billion) over the next three years.rnThe MoD already faces budget cuts of C2K6 billion-CZK48 billion in 2010, down from the CZK56 billion figure for 2009.rnCritics say that the cuts would have a catastrophic impact on the Army of the Czech Republic (ACR).
