South Korea's Defence Acquisition Programme Administration (DAPA) has revealed to Jane's that it is preparing to raise the level of offsets that it demands in defence contracts from 30 per cent to 50 per cent. A DAPA source said on 8 June that the policy will probably go ahead from the end of this year following a review of the country's defence offset scheme.
