Based on the Austrian Diamond DA42 manned platform, the 2,000 kg Dominator II has had its manned cockpit systems removed and replaced by remotely operated avionics to accommodate payloads up to 400 kg.rnPowered by twin turbo-diesel Austro Engine AE 300 engines, the Dominator 11 has a wingspan of 13.5 m and provides a maximum endurance of 28 hours. It flies at 75-190 kt and has a service ceiling of 30,000 ft. With line-of-sight communications, the Dominator II has an operational radius of 300 km, which could be increased if satellite communications (satcom) were fitted.
