United States propulsion systems and precision-guided munitions specialist Alliant Techsystems Inc (ATK) has agreed to acquire the information systems (IS) and geospatial businesses of Canada's MacDon-ald Dettwiler and Associates Ltd (MDA). The CAD1.325 billion (USD1.314 billion) deal represents the firm's largest acquisition to date.
