Afghanistan is set to top the agenda at the NATO summit in Bucharest, with members still not having met the Combined Joint Statement of Requirements laid out before Riga's summit in 2006. Nicholas Fiorenza reports NATO leaders will gather in Bucharest on 2-4 April for their biggest ever summit. They will be joined by their counterparts from countries with various types of partnerships with the alliance, including Vladimir Putin of Russia and Hamid Karzai of Afghanistan.
