The line between tradi- tional defence and home- land security is becoming increasingly blurred as unconventional threats rise, creating a quickly growing market, according to defence company executives. "There is less and less of a border between security and defence and that trend will continue," said Jean-Louis Gergorin, head of EADS Strategic Co-ordination. He said: "A major new market is developing because we are in a phase of increasing risk of terrorism, increasing flows of people and increasing flows of illegal goods."
