Warsaw-based CNPEP Radwar has completed a company-funded prototype of the universal1.5-ton platform with an integrated surface-to-air (SAM) launcher to meet a potential requirement for the Polish armed forces. Designated the PP-G (Platforma Przeciwlot-nicza dla Pociskow Grom - anti aircraft platform for Grom missiles) is intended to meet an army requirement for a mobile air-defence system and a joint service need for area defence.
