Thales signed a balance project agreement on 17 September with the Oman Public Authority for Privatization and Partnership (PAPP) relating to a cyber-security training academy in the sultanate. The Academy of Advanced Cyber-security was launched in November 2018 with Thales as an offset partner with PAPP, which jointly oversees management of the academy with the Higher Technical College.
