The Noor-1 satellite that Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) launched on 22 April is a 'tumbling webcam', according to General Jay Raymond, the commander of US Space Command (SPACECOM). "SPACECOM continues to track two objects... associated with space launch from Iran, characterising Noor-1 satellite as 3U CubeSat," he wrote in a 25 April tweet. "Iran states it has imaging capabilities - actually, it's a tumbling webcam in space; unlikely providing intel."
