The unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that Turkey has deployed to support Libya's Government of National Accord (GNA) appear to have gained dominance over the ground-based air defences that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has deployed in support of the rival Libyan National Army (LNA). Clash Report, an organisation that appears to be an outlet for the Turkish military, having previously released footage filmed of UAV strikes in northern Syria, began releasing similar videos from Libya on 13 May. These initially showed vehicles and multiple rocket launchers being hit in strikes that Clash Report attributed to UAVs operated by the GNA, which subsequently released some of the clips.
