Commercial satellite imagery captured in June and July appears to show that China is building a third Type 075 (Yushen)-class landing helicopter dock (LHD) amphibious assault ship for the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN).The vessel is being built at the Hudong-Zhonghua shipyard in Shanghai in the same drydock that was used to assemble the previous two hulls of the class. The first of these was launched in September 2019 and the second in April 2020.Also in the drydock is the hull of a Type 054A frigate, which is most likely one of the four ships of the class ordered for the Pakistan Navy.
