Kosovo has received 42 new AM General M1151 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs, or Humvees). The vehicles, which included both lightly armoured as well as turret-equipped and uparmoured versions, were presented at the Adem Jashari military barracks in Pristinaon29July.At least 10 blue-liveried, turret-equipped, uparmoured M1151swere noted entering Kosovo from North Macedonia at the Hani i Elezit border crossing on 25 July. These vehicles were not shown in Pristina as they are very likely intended for use by the ROSU special unit of Kosovo's police forces.
