India conducted the 22nd test of the BrahMos supersonic anti-ship missile on 21 March, writes Doug Richardson. It was fired from a vertical launcher fitted to the Rajput (Kashin II)-class guided missile destroyer INS Ranvir. After launch, the missile flew supersonic manoeuvres, then struck the target vessel, the decommissioned survey ship INS Meen.
