摘要

This paper clarifies urban formation and distribution of house types in the city of Quanzhou in Pujian. Quanzhou which is known as Ci long, had developed as a port city since the period of Tang Dynasty. Authors selected the old castle district of the central part of Quanzhou called as Li-cheng Areas for an intensive field study and discussed the spatial formation and typology of house. There exist three types of traditional houses which are da-cuo, shou-jin-liao, qilou, in quanzhou .Daxuo is the form of quadrangle, si-he-yuan and Qilou is the form of shophouse with arcade. Da cuo mainly are located on the periphery of the inner cities. Shou-jin-liao are distributed on the south of the cities. Qilou which is a relatively new style of shophouse, are distributed along the street of Zhongshan south road. This paper clarifies the characteristics of distribution of house types and the urban formation process of Quanzhou city.%本稿では，まず，泉州鯉城区の形rn成過程について概観し，その空間構rn成に関して，社区構成，街路体系，rn施設分布を明らかにした。そして，rn鯉城区全体について，「大居」「手巾rn寮」「騎楼」の分布を明らかにした。rnそれぞれの分布は，歴史的中心部，rn城南部，南北幹線街路という都市形rn成の歴史に対応するかたちで残されrnている。
机译：本文阐明了浦建泉州市的城市形成和房屋类型的分布。泉州被誉为慈龙，自唐朝以来便发展成为港口城市。作者选择了泉州中部的古城堡区丽城地区进行深入的实地研究，并讨论了房屋的空间形态和类型。泉州有大-，寿金lia，齐楼三种传统民居。大ax为四边形，四合院，齐楼为带拱廊的店铺。大错主要位于内城区的外围。守金-分布在城市的南部。中楼南路沿街分布着一种相对较新的商店楼形式的齐楼。本文阐明了泉州城市房屋类型的分布特征和城市形成过程。そして，rn鲤城区全体をいて，「大居」「手巾rn寮」「骑楼」の分布を明らかにした。rnそれぞれの分布は，歴史的中心部，rn城南部，南北干线街路という都市形rn成の歴史に対応するかたちで残されrnている。
